Weight loss, a common thought which has crossed everyone’s mind. It is best way to maintain healthy lifestyle and also look good. Everyone at some point starts weight loss and giving up as quickly. Our daily habits, lifestyles have to be factored as one of reasons for ineffective weight management. Some common habits are usually taken for granted during weight loss. These
habits can make or break weight loss.

Convinient Food

Diet followed during weight loss is most imporant. It starts successfully but often work schedule, pressure makes convinient food easier choice. When one is too tired, binging on noodles, fast food is fast, easy. Its best if healthy snacks are kept within reach for getting benefits of proper diet.

Workout Laziness

Exercising is good for body, keeps us fit. Exercising needs daily motivation and commitment. Sometimes we get tired hence too lazy to work out. Ideally exerise should be done daily making it most essential. Most doctors or dieticians suggest morning as ideal time for workout. Fresh mind is motivation for exercise, keeps us fit all day.

Irregular Meals

Its said breakfast is most important meal of day. Body needs breakfast for instant energy. Hectic schedules, pressure and tension cause us to skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast and compensating it with lunch seems good however its common mistake as skipping breakfast makes us eat more than normal. Its ideally suggested to have healthy breakfast in morning hence no overeating.

Irregular Sleep

Sleep keeps body fresh and mind active. Recent studies have found link between sleep and weight loss. Study suggests sleeping 8 hours helps in weight loss, keeps metabolism healthy. Its highly recommended to maintain proper sleep cycle hence ideal weight.

Consuming sweets in diet

sugars are harmful as sweet food, coke adds more weight. Its suggested all drinks have calories and hence bad in dieter’s food list. An sincere effort should be made to consume less sugar in diet.

Keeping body hydrated

Water is essential for maintaining hydration in body. Drinking enough water will also aide in weight loss. Some doctors reccomend not drinking water 30 mins before or after food. It aides in digestion and doesnt make us feel blaoted.

Unhealthy snack storage

Our kitchen cabinets should only have healthy snacks like dry fruits. This is best way to maintain diet. A healthy snack will become our only choice instead of unhealthy.

Elimination of carbohydrates from diet

Carbohydrates are seen as greatest evil during any weight loss or diet program. Contrary to belief carbohydrates are vital for health. Study has shown it can aide in slimming. There are many diets but all eliminate carbs. Diet which includes carbohydrates like boil potato, whole grain products are ideal for losing more body fat than diet sans carbohydrates. This diet gives us more energy hence ideal choice.

An ideal weight, slimmer and fitter body should be ultimate aim for anyone. A good health is key to disease free and active lifestyle. Its an aim which should be tried to achieve for a fitter us.
